My new year
Our new year is starting wonderful. We are closing on the Lexington house in a few weeks. We are now looking for a house (which we have two weeks to do), pack, move, plan and have Allie's birthday part, school, work and the everyday chores of life. Huh. Going to be a very busy month.
But I get to start it by using my new griddle pan. I love it and I am really stoked about using. So does Chris since these the pancakes he is making. :)
