Christmas in Texas

We celebrated our family Christmas today and it was great.  We had a faux tree since our time in Texas would be short.  I am not sure who was more excited about waking up on Christmas morning Allison or us.  Allison received some of her kitchen toys.  She will be getting a kitchen for her birthday (it is amazing that Santa even knows that). Allie got blocks, a tea set, fairy tree, cookie and dough, veggies that she can cut, blocks, a cute purse and fill from Aunt. Joanna and Uncle Andy and Aubrey,  coloring books, and stickers. We have been playing tea party ever since.  She woke up from her nap asking for "toys  toys  toys". 
Chris received a Kershaw knife from Allison, a floor jack for the bus motor, magazines, and stocking stuffers.  I received a wonderful pair of slippers and earrings.  The greatest gift was to watch my little girl have the time of her life and hone her opening presents skills.  She is a pro!  Merry Christmas to all of our loved ones.  We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
