Every Tuesday we head off to the library for story time. Today, Allie was very interactive with the stories. We were into the second story when a little guy, about Allies age, approached and was scolded by my little peanut. She pointed her finger and voiced her displeasure against the other little munchkins invasion of her space. I talked to Allie and let her know that she needs to be nice. The second time she batted him away. The third time she pushed him and this time made physical contact. This behavior is unusual and obviously unacceptable so we packed up and left the library to come home. After some quiet time, Allie was eating lunch and said to me " no hit baby no hit baby mommy". Let's hope that this revelation will make story time in the new year fun and uneventful.
When Allie gets injured we kiss it to make it better. Today, her finger was pinched and she kissed it herself. To cute.
